Other devotees and community members are welcome to attend the celebration for free. NZTA will provide the Vinayaka idol and required Pooja items for each registered family.

Join us as we celebrate Dussehra and Diwali together in one grand evening. Dussehra marks the triumph of righteousness over evil, and Diwali lights up the nights that follow with joy and prosperity. Bringing both into a single celebration lets our community honour the full arc of the season together. Expect traditional pooja, cultural performances, festive food and plenty of time to catch up with Telugu families from across Auckland. The evening is hosted at The Dorothy Winstone Centre, 16 Howe Street, Freemans Bay, Auckland 1011. Register early, as spaces fill quickly for our major events.
