Vinayaka Chavithi 2026

Western Springs Community Hall, Hall 1

Join us with your family for the special Vinayaka Chavithi Pooja and community celebration. Only families who would like to perform the Pooja need to register. Other devotees and community members are welcome to attend the celebration for free. NZTA will provide the Vinayaka idol and required Pooja items for each registered family.

Join us for a full day of learning, culture, community and celebration. The STEM & Bathukamma Event brings together families, students, children and the wider Telugu community for a unique combination of educational activities and traditional celebrations. Come and enjoy STEM activities for kids, inspiring demonstrations, cultural performances, traditional music, Bathukamma celebrations, delicious food and community connections.
